We accept Visa and MasterCard, plus PayPal. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. orders.

For our registered and approved wholesale customers, we also offer the option of Net 20-day billings with a submitted purchase order number. Retail customers may not submit a purchase order number without prior approval. We will confirm all purchase order requests via e-mail or telephone.

Orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance by Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of your order. Non-prescription lens/frame orders usually take approximately 3-5 days to process before shipping. Single Vision prescription lens/frame orders usually take 7-10 days to process before shipping. Bifocal/Trifocal prescription lens/frame orders usually take 7-10 days before shipping. Please take these production day requirements into account when placing your order.

Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. will replace any frame that Aura sells on its website, in the case of defects in materials or workmanship in the U.S.A. or Canada subject to the following conditions and limitations:

Frames supplied to us by distributors or retail customers are not covered and are supplied at your risk.

Period of warranty: AUR® and AGW® branded products have a lifetime limited warranty.

If an individual frame within a category has been discontinued, Aura will replace the broken frames with a new frame from the same category. If an entire category has been discontinued, the purchaser may upgrade the frames and lenses to the replacement category for a $75.00 charge. Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. will replace any lenses which break due to frame defects. Prescription lenses may only be replaced in accordance with Aura Visual Concepts' Prescription Orders policy and are subject to our usual pricing for prescription lenses.

This warranty excludes damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to flying particles, and streetwear. This warranty also excludes damage from significant impact in all models except for the Z87 safety frame series. Eyewire and temple screws, nose pads, and other consumable products are not covered under this warranty. Each user is responsible for all daily maintenance of the eyewear.

Eyewear must be purchased from Aura Visual Concepts, Inc., or an authorized distributor to be covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or charge slip must be provided to Aura Visual Concepts when presenting frames for replacement. Any eyewear presented without proof of purchase will be excluded from this warranty and the owner charged the full retail price for all repair work.

All transportation and shipping costs and damage during shipping incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the owner, and Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. will not pay for these costs and makes no warranties for damage that may occur during shipment.

Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. shall not be liable for personal injury, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
