Orders may be shipped C.O.D., shipment values in excess of $150 will require payment via certified/registered check or money order.
Payment may also be made via PayPal.

All purchases may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment. Returned product must be in saleable condition. Returns outside the 30 day time period are subject to a 15 % restocking charge. All returns are issued credit on account, no refunds of any kind will be issued. Please call 800-281-2872 extension 16 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number MUST appear on the outside of the package.
Prescription eyewear is custom made to your order. We will not accept returns unless the prescription was manufactured incorrectly, in which case we will re-make the prescription. If you were given the wrong prescription by your eyecare professional, please discuss with them the cost of re-making your eyewear (see below - Prescription Orders). Take care that the items are wrapped and protected during shipment. If there is breakage enroute, it is your responsibility. We will not accept C.O.D. returns, so please pre-pay your shipping charges.
Credits on account may be used to purchase other items from Aura Visual Concepts.

Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. will replace frames in the case of defects in materials or workmanship in the U.S.A. or Canada subject to the following conditions and limitations:
Period of warranty: AUR® and AGW® branded products have a 5 year limited warranty.
If an individual frame within a category has been discontinued, Aura will replace the broken frames with a new frame from the same category. If an entire category has been discontinued, the purchaser may upgrade the frames and lenses to the replacement category for a $50.00 charge. Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. will replace any lenses which break due to frame defects. Prescription lenses may only be replaced in accordance with Aura Visual Concepts' Prescription Orders policy.
This warranty excludes damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to flying particles, and street wear. This warranty also excludes damage from significant impact in all models except for the Z87 safety frame series. Eyewire and temple screws are not covered under this warranty. Each user is responsible for all daily maintenance of the eyewear.
Eyewear must be purchased from an authorized distributor to be covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or charge slip must be provided to Aura Visual Concepts when presenting frames for replacement. Any eyewear presented without proof of purchase will be excluded from this warranty and the owner charged full retail price for all repair work.
All transportation and shipping costs and damage during shipping incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the owner, and Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. will not pay for these costs and makes no warranties for damage that may occur during shipment.
Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. shall not be liable for personal injury, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If a problem with this product develops during or after the warranty period, you may contact customer service at (320) 253-0919 or (800) 281-2872.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All of our products are shipped via US Postal service, our standard method is Priority Mail, which, in most cases, will get your package to you in 3-4 days. We can also ship your order via Express Mail (at extra cost of course!). All international orders are shipped International Priority Mail standard and International Express Mail Service is available (at extra cost).
Important note for International Orders: We fill out the customs form for the exact amount of the product. Please do not ask us to put some other value on the customs form. It is illegal and we will not do it.
Shipment of your order will be made as soon as possible. Most AGW® series glasses are made to order, and may take up to a week to fabricate. Prescription orders will take an average of 1-2 weeks.

Aura Visual Concepts, Inc. is responsible for collecting sales tax for all retail sales that originate and terminate in Minnesota. If your state requires the payment of sales tax on your purchases, it is your responsibility to report and pay that tax. Aura Visual Concepts disclaims all requirement and responsibility to collect and pay sales tax on out-of-state sales.

Prescription orders received will be manufactured as prescribed unless
accompanied by a statement from the company/person placing the order to change
the prescription. Only the following changes are acceptable:
If we receive an order with a prescription that is for a pair of bifocals and there is no other information associated with the order, we will make the lenses as bifocal. If the prescription reads Near Vision, and contains both distance and bifocal information, we will make the lenses as Near Vision.
It comes down to this: We are not allowed by law to change a prescription or interpret the prescription in any other fashion than the way it was written UNLESS we are so instructed by the company/person placing the order.
The only time we will call to verify or question an order is if the prescription is unclear or missing information.
If we make the lenses as prescribed, and a re-do is necessary, you will be billed for the re-do.Return to the top
