4 Program Kiln Controller

Have you held off purchasing a digital controller because of the exhorbitant cost?

The standard controller will run a single 120 Volt 20 Amp kiln. It comes complete with a "K" type thermocouple, and is mounted in a table-top box.

This multiprogram controller holds 4 separate programs of 16 steps each, where each step is either temperature ramp up, temperature hold, or temperature ramp down. Now you can work moretti one day, borosilicate the next and not have to spend hours reprogramming your controller. Simply press one button to change programs and you are ready to go.

The kiln controller unit itself runs on 120 Volts and uses approximately 10 Watts of power. It has separate power cords for the controller and the kiln power supply so that the controller can be plugged into a surge suppressor or line conditioner (RECOMMENDED!). The standard unit will handle up to 20 Amps of power (2400 Watts @ 120 Volts). Higher rated contactors are available, as are 3 Phase controllers (contact factory).

NOTE: 30 Amp 240 Volt controllers include mercury contactors as a standard item.
