Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

All of our products are shipped via US Postal service, our standard method is Priority Mail, which, in most cases, will get your package to you in 3-4 days. We can also ship your order via Express Mail (at extra cost of course!). All international orders are shipped International Priority Mail standard and International Express Mail Service is available (at extra cost). All packages are shipped with 'Signature Required'.

Important note for International Orders: We fill out the customs form for the exact amount of the product. Please do not ask us to put some other value on the customs form. It is illegal and we will not do it.

Returns

All purchases may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment. Returned product must be in saleable condition. Returns outside the 30 day time period are subject to a 15 % restocking charge. All returns are issued credit on account, no refunds of any kind will be issued. You may request a return authorization using this webside or by phone at 800-281-2872 16 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number MUST appear on the outside of the package.

Unless we made a mistake in your order (example: shipped the wrong product to you), shipping the return back to us is your responsibility.

Orders marked **CUSTOM MADE** or **SPECIAL ORDER** are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are factory defective.

Prescription eyewear is custom made to your order. We will not accept returns unless the prescription was manufactured incorrectly, in which case we will re-make the prescription. If you were given the wrong prescription by your eyecare professional, please discuss with them the cost of re-making your eyewear. Take care that the items are wrapped and protected during shipment. If there is breakage enroute, it is your responsibility. We will not accept C.O.D. returns, so please pre-pay your shipping charges.
